Do you offer the same returns guarantee on ex display items?

Yes, at Chicfu LTD, we offer the same returns guarantee on both new and ex-display items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Are ex display items damaged?

We thoroughly inspect all ex-display items before offering them for sale. Any imperfections will be clearly described and, where possible, photographed. You can be confident that you're getting quality furniture at a discounted price.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location. Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy page for a more detailed explanation, or contact us directly and we will be happy to help.

Can i pay cash on collection?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer cash on collection. Payments can be made via our secure online payment system prior to an arranged  collection from our warehouse if you wish to collect in person.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery within twenty miles of Burntwood on orders over £50. Other services are available out of area.  Please contact us to discuss delivery options and pricing for your specific location.

How can i return my item?

Can i return a non faulty item?

Yes, you can return a non-faulty item within a certain timeframe. Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy for full details, including any applicable charges.

Ive discarded the packaging, can i still return my item?

While we prefer items to be returned in their original packaging, we understand this isn't always possible. Please contact us to discuss your return options if you have discarded the packaging.
